Warren Buffett, the billionaire investor who has built Berkshire Hathaway into one of the most successful and profitable investment firms in history, announced in a letter to shareholders Tuesday that he has prostate cancer.

A spokesperson for former Sen. Rick Santorum said a fundraising letter that was harshly critical of Mitt Romney was paid for and released to a direct mail company before Santorum announced his decision to suspend his campaign early last week.

An in-depth study released by the Barna Group on behalf of the American Bible Society found that 50 percent of Americans believe the Bible, Quran and the Book of Mormon hold different expressions of the same truths. The survey also found that Americans are relying less on the Bible.
