The National Health Care Delusion and Power Grab

The cry and mantra we’re now hearing from the Obama administration and the Leftist Secular controlled Democratic Party is that we have to have a National Health Care bill passed and in place before the beginning of the summer congressional recess.

The urgency and subtlety of this bill is quite telling. Some common tactics used by the Left are camouflage, deception, manipulation, connivery and demagoguery to get the agenda that they want. It is the Left’s agenda with this issue - as well as many others - to seize massive power and control in a fascist style and manner. It is their sole desire. They are all about control and power. They are drunk with it and as an addict would, they will do whatever it takes to seize it. It is a Leftist trait.

Have you ever noticed how the Mainstream (a.k.a. the “State Run”) Media, which are of the same secular, leftist, liberal mindset, are also pushing this agenda with great passion and drive. They also have visions of an utopian, secular state. In the Leftist worldview, the state is God and all are to serve her and the elite ruling class. This ideology has been taking hold of American politics at an alarming rate. It is true that the majority of Americans are not of this persuasion, but those in power are. These have a massive stranglehold on the citizens of America and are suffocating their victims with a subtle, incrementally strengthening choke maneuver.

In the last year we have seen a government takeover of the auto industry and much of the banking industry, a trillion dollar stimulus pork sandwich bill, billions of dollars funneled to leftist organizations, billions of unaccountable spending, the demonization of anything conservative or moral and a mainstream media come unglued to the point that Rush Limbaugh calls them the “State Run Media.” We have passed the point of no return and the majority of those in the conservative movement and media know it. They are holding back the fracturing dam with their fingers in the holes – just like the little Dutch boy once did – but it is just a matter of time before the total implosion of our democratically run republic occurs. Notice also how the recent legislation that was passed and signed was basically jammed down the throats of the American people at record speeds. This is deception and despotism walking together hand-in-hand. They make a lovely couple, according to the Leftist mindset.

The Vehicle and Slave Class Army

The Left knows that the socially dependent, who have been absolutely ravished by leftist policies over the years, lean most heavily on the Democratic Party. These are the most susceptible to “The State is God” ideology. The Left seeks to use these and their captive mindset, bitterness, entitlement and “scapegoating” mentality, narcissistic victim status ideology and jealousy-induced hatred to greatly intimidate the working class and the wealthy. This Leftist tactic is not new. Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, and Mao have all used this strategy to their benefit and have succeeded.

Notice how the Leftist Democratic Party holds their “subjects” – the socially downcast and dependent multitudes - a.k.a "The Poor" - in total bondage and oppression. What is even more amazing is how these multitudes serve the Left with love and dedication. When it comes to gaining and establishing a power base, the masses of the socially dependent are a mighty army. The Left certainly realizes this and exploits it to their full advantage.

When passed, National Health Care will be the ultimate power grab to fully guarantee and firmly establish the Left’s power base. Their grand delusion and utopian vision of “The State is God” will finally have begun, commencing a Slave State of fascist origin. When this happens, America will be sucked into the godless Anti-Judean/Christian vacuum and become part of the Global godless machine. What hope then is there for all the oppressed peoples of the earth? None. But they will look for a man to fill the void, and they will put all their trust in him to their utter doom (Dan.9:26,27, Matt. 24:15, 1 Thess. 5:3, 2 Thess. 2:3, Rev 6:1).

Who is Truly Working Behind the Scenes?

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Eph. 6:12)

The majority of Americans today are fully oblivious to the Master Politician who is pulling all the political and social strings for his own means (Luke 4:5-6; 2 Cor. 4:4; Eph. 2:2, Rom. 8:5-8, Jude 10-19). Without the Word of God and a saving relationship to Almighty God, one is an absolute slave to bondage of sin and to the god of this world (John 3:3-7, 12; Roms 7:24, Eph. 2:1-3). Unknowingly they serve a despotic, oppressing master who provides a slavish diet for their famished and unregenerate soul. They are the sin-enslaved and unregenerate-minded masses comprising the human race who walk in the darkness of unbelief, spiritual death and rebellion (2 Cor. 4:4). The secular liberal mindset is the most open to Satan's suggestions for a Godless trend-setting agenda. They do his will quite readily because they are the most susceptible to it. Conservative or liberal, all fall into this earthly carnal class apart from a saving relationship to Jesus Christ (John 3:16-17; Rom. 3:23).

The grand design and purpose of this Master Politician is the creation of the Global State – the “God Utopia” – and to receive the worship as god (Matt 24:15; 2 Thess. 2:3-4; Rev. 13). This delusional dream has been thousands of years in the making. This began first in the Eden of Heaven (Isaiah 14: 12-17, Ezekiel 28:12-19, John 8:44); then it proceeded to the Earthly Garden of Eden (Gen 2:16-17, 3:1-19), The Tower of Babel (Gen. 11:1-9, Rev. 17:2, 5), and the historical outworking of the Statue and Beast visions of Nebuchadnezzar and Daniel (Daniel 2:28, 31-43, 7:1-8,17,19-27). After ~ 6000 years of human history, the final stage for this godless utopian world society is being set right before our eyes. The strings are being pulled, and as the political “tectonic plates” are shifting, flexing and forming a new societal landscape, Satan is positioning the world for the reign of Lucifer’s master minion, the Anti Christ, The Man of Lawlessness (Dan. 7:9, 20, 24-26, 11:36-45, 2 Thess. 2:3-4, 8-9; Rev. 13). This man will be the 180° opposite of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the Lord Jesus Christ (Rev. 1:5, 6:2 vs. Rev. 19:11). Satan will use this lawless fascist to establish his global fascist state in which he will finally have global worship and global power (Rev. 13:4-7, 12). Lucifer will dominate the spiritual world and natural habitat of unregenerate man with a tyrannical grip (Rev. 9:1-19, 12:7-12, 18:2). As the enormous pressures of this future period called the Great Tribulation intensify exponentially, the terrible trials of his reign and catastrophic consequences of the sins of man will waste billions (Isaiah 24:1-23, Matt 24:7,22, Rev. 6:4-8). In their hatred and rebellion, these satanically oppressed and sin-enslaved humans beings will not repent unto deliverance from this master oppressor, i.e., Lucifer and their sinful pride (Isaiah 14:12-14, Rev. 9:20-21, 16:9). In the end these will rise up with their despotic oppressor to gather themselves to the global day of Slaughter called the battle of Armageddon (2 Thess. 2:2-10; Rev. 16:1-16, 19:11-21). They will meet their eternal doom when Christ Comes in glory to set up His earthly 1000-year reign in righteousness (Isaiah 11:1-10, Micah 4:1-4, 5:10-15, Zech 2:11,Rev. 19:15-19). After the 100o year reign of Christ Satan is loosed from his prison and allowed to deceive the nations again for a brief period (Rev. 20:3, 7-10), then delusion will finally be over. Truth (reality) and Righteousness will Reign for all Eternity (1 Cor. 15:25-28, Rev. 21:1-7)!

The bottom line is that whatever you offer fallen humanity there can never be a utopian, peaceful world where fallen human beings (i.e., unregenerate man apart from a saving relationship to their Creator and Redeemer, Almighty God) are present!

The Great Unshackler

Almost 2000 years ago Almighty God sent His Son in the fulfillment of His Word and promise to deliver Adam’s fallen race (Rom. 5:12-19) from the tyranny and bondage of Sin and the Devil, Lucifer (John 3:16, 1:12; 1 John 5:11-12).

The Bible states:

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (Acts 10:38

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32).

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil: And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage( Heb. 2:14,15).

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world (Matt. 25:34).

And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever (Rev. 22:5).

Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? He alone can deliver you from the tyranny of sin and this fallen world of unregenerate men and the Devil, Lucifer. In these last days leading up to the climatic time called the Great Tribulation (Isaiah 24, Matt. 24:12, 21-22), may you place your sole trust not in man or the government, but in the Lord Jesus Christ and His eternal provision for your soul. He alone provides the righteousness that you need to navigate through time and enter heaven. He alone can deliver your soul.

Place your trust in Him today. You will never be the same!

The Kingdom of Heaven is truly at hand!

"Yeshua" and "Asa," Who do you serve?

I sat at breakfast this morning with five men. Two of them Western Christian, and the other three were Jordanian, Lebanese, and Saudi. It was an interesting cultural conversation of the differences in business, entertainment, politics, and then we got around to the point that all three of these men of Middle Eastern descent all said they follow Jesus.

My ears perked up, and I was interested in hearing how this worked as all three claim they worship at a Mosque in their own home countries, while still claiming Jesus as the revelation of God to earth.

"If you say I follow Asa (Jesus in the Quran) then Muslims rejoice because you are one of them. But if you say you follow Yeshua (Jesus in the Gospels) then Christians rejoice because you follow their version." one man said.

"So what if you pray 'In the name of Jesus' with a Muslim" a friend asked.

"It's ok, Muslims love Jesus."

So I sat there an listened to the conversation, wondering if we (Western Christians) are missing the whole point here. Could it be that we are really worshiping the same Jesus, or are there tangible differences that have caused conflict between the faiths concerning the Messiah.

I realize the cultural differences, and I'm well aware of the political issues surrounding the debate, but can it be we've simply misunderstood meanings? Is this debate REALLY about semantics?

I spent a bit of time at the Oxford Center for Apologetic Research in England which is sponsored by the Ravi Zacharias team, and it seemed like there is much more at the heart of the faith than merely semantics, but one of my new friends said, "Remember when Jesus asked Peter 'Who do you say that I am?' and Peter replied, 'I believe you are the Son of God, the Messiah.' Jesus answered and said, "Flesh and blood can not reveal this to you, but only by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 17) And I sat there in wonder...

Can someone who is Muslim, say they follow Jesus, and then allow the Holy Spirit to take control of their heart and turn it from all the misconceptions they might have about 'Asa' and really engage in a life of loving the Messiah, the same as Christians?

I quickly see the danger in gathering around a table with friends, and trying so hard to find commonality and peace; that we disregard some important points, and come from a Universalist perspective. But for the moment, I'm interested in listening to more explanation. I certainly don't want to minimize the Jesus who is very clear in defining Himself to the world.

I do know the power of the Holy Spirit to enter one's life can make radical differences in our spiritual following apart from cultural differences. And, I know that God can work on a grander scale than I'm privy to here on earth. So maybe, as we try to find the commonality in Jesus' message, we can watch the Spirit turn the heart of mankind back to God, both on the Muslim side, AND the Christian side. For we know the differences in our understanding of Jesus here in the West as there are over 3500 denominations in the U.S. alone.

All in all, this is a very interesting concept. To understand the apologetics of the Christian faith, and without compromise of the truth of Jesus' declaration (John 14:6), try to understand the cultural implications of following the message of Jesus contextualized for someone's tradition, is a the bridge I believe is worth, at the very least, exploring the question. Is it possible?

Is it possible for Muslims to disengage from their cultural perspective and see Jesus for who He is, rather than some Worldview taught in a Mosque? And likewise, is it possible for Christians to see Jesus as He is revealed in the gospel, apart from our Western contextualized understanding?

I guess the point we're trying to uncover here, can we lay aside our bias of culture to come to the foot of the cross and see Jesus for who He is, the Son of God who came to be resurrected to allow for a reconciliation to happen between God and Man? It's an interesting exercise, and if it's possible, may become the answer to the world's issues concerning religion.

And remember, we want to make sure we don't deviate from truth in order to feel the 'fuzzy peace God' without remembering God is a God who judges the heart of mankind. There will be a day when all our actions will be held into account, and we mustn't forget the millions of believers who have gone before us to declare the truth with their very lives.

Let's start talking here. After all, discussions and debate can lead to truth in a civil manner, but war with each other will ultimately lead to death; so let's make sure we get this one right. I'm excited about the possibilities of introducing Christian Teenagers with Muslim Teenagers and see what the Holy Spirit might do there. If nothing else, it would be an interesting dialog.

An Epidemic Of False Christs

When Jesus spoke in Matthew 24 of the signs of the end times that will mark the season of His return, the sign He mentioned more than any other would be an epidemic of false Christs. In Matthew 24:5 Jesus says, "For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many." Then in verse 11 He repeats it, "and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people." Then in verse 24, He mentions it a third time, "For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect — if that were possible."

Today we are indeed in the midst of that epidemic of false Christs.

Lamb & Lion Ministries interviewed Bible prophecy expert and all-around nice guy Don Perkins, the founder and director of According to Prophecy Ministries in San Diego, California, about the modern-day fulfillment of the prophecies related to the growing number of false Christs.

Don was first asked if he, too, believed we are in the season that Jesus is talking about in Matthew 24 — the season of the multiplications of false Christs. He concurred. He was then asked to give a brief overview of some specific false Christs that are on the scene today.

False Christs on the Scene Today

We've had quite a few. In the 1990s we had David Koresh. He actually claimed to be the Lamb of God. We've had Sun Myung Moon. He claims to be the new Christ and was coronated the Messiah in Washington D.C. in a public building there with congressmen and senators present. They actually put a crown on his head and declared him to be the Messiah.

It's amazing that in our time — the 21st Century — there are still people that will follow an individual who claims to be Jesus, or claims to be Christ. Jesus said that this would be an indicator of the end times. I meet people all the time who ask, "Who would follow a man today who would claim to be Christ?" Well, it's happening today! And there are many, many others.

There's one gentleman out of Russia, his name is Sergei, and he was an ex-traffic cop. And they call him the Vissarion Christ. People have left their jobs and their families to live in this big old commune. They actually call him a Christ, and people are following this guy.

We have a new guy today — Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda. He's from Puerto Rico. A lot of his followers are Hispanic. This man literally claims to be Jesus Christ. He denies sin. He denies the devil. And, his group teaches that when you join him it's ok to indulge in sin. This is a religion with no requirements except to believe in him. People are literally fighting each other to give him money. They were giving him mansions, cars and businesses. He's become a multimillionaire. He already has like twenty worship centers in the United States.

We are truly living in a time of deception. Jesus said in the last days there would be many who will claim to be Christ. We are truly living in that time, and again, what amazes me so much is the fact that in the 21st Century there are still people today that are gullible to follow a person who would claim to be Christ.

Another false Christ is Lord Maitreya, part of the Terror Center it's called. This was a group that actually taught in the early 1980s that this Christ was going to come on the scene. He was going to overshadow men and women. As a matter of fact, they did a full page ad in every newspaper all across the United States and around the world in the early 1980s claiming that the Christ was here. They have a lot of money.

A guy by the name of Benjamin Creme was his forerunner. This guy actually goes ahead of this Lord Maitreya. Now, this Lord Maitreya has never really actually appeared before a television camera, but they do show photos of him. As a matter of fact, on the website you can see pictures of him and what he supposedly looks like. But, this man claims to be the Christ of all Christs. And, he teaches that basically that every other religion, every other world teacher like Buddha — all of them — are under Christ, under him. He's the "Master Christ," if you want to call him that. He claims that every other Christ comes from him. And again, it puts him in the category of the false prophets.

Years ago he was based out of London. There has never been this overshadowing that he has promised — that he's going to overshadow the world, end world hunger and all those things.

I mean, all of these guys, they fall in that category that Jesus said is a false Christ. Now, a false Christ, the term Christ means the "Anointed One," and these people claim to be the "Anointed One" that's coming to cure all of man's ailments.

Just like Jesus said in Matthew 24 would happen — there are many false Christs today, and they are deceiving many.

Don't Hate the Sin so Hard that the Person Feels Your Hatred

My high school graduating class had nearly 500 seniors. We were all lined up in neat little rows of folding chairs on the football field wearing purple robes, brown shoes and mortar boards with golden tassels. From the stands, where the observers were, it would have been very difficult to pick anyone out; we all looked the same. However, according to the most reliable studies, 10 probably considered themselves to be gay -- about 2%.

Some pro-homosexual researchers put the figure more at about 10%, or 50 of my fellow graduates, but those studies are not considered reliable and not cited as often as the 2%. Looking back, I remember a couple of guys everyone pointed fingers at, but the other eight must have been pretty solidly undercover . . . and if there were 50, they were clearly doing the denial dance really well. The closet doors were firmly shut in those days, at least until you went off to college, probably far from home.

While I can't base this on anything supportable, my anecdotal knowledge leads me to believe that none of my fellow graduates lived in same-sex marriage homes. No two mommies or two daddies that I knew of. It was the '70s and it was Texas . . . someone would have found out and that couple would have been outed . . . clear out of town.

Times have changed.

According to a new study by Dr. Trayce L. Hansen, a licensed psychologist in San Diego, the legalizing of same-sex marriage is definitely increasing the prevalence of homosexuality among our nation's young people. And it's not genetic. It's parental preference.

Take the same high school graduating class and put it in, say, 2021, giving some of the same-sex marriage-raised children a chance to grow up, and there might be as many as 105 gay and lesbian students in the graduating class -- up to 21%. Children of homosexuals have a 4 to 10 times greater likelihood of developing a sexual preference for the same sex.

Dr. Hansen makes the obvious point that same-sex marriages themselves are disproving the long-held but repeatedly unsubstantiated claim from the gay community that homosexuality is genetic. Her findings show what should come as no surprise: homosexual parents are more likely to raise homosexual children. As one pro-homosexual advocate proclaimed, "Of course our children are going to be different."

Again, times are changing.

Many of the children in homes with homosexual parents were first raised in a heterosexual-parent home. In other words, for a period of time, neither parent was openly homosexual, but one or the other "came-out" and the parents divorced and the child was then raised in part by a homosexual parent, perhaps with the new influence of the parent's "partner." Researchers believe the number of homosexually-oriented children will grow even greater now that many states allow homosexual couples to provide foster care and adopt children.

Children most generally want to grow up to be like Dad or Mom. Sometimes the opposite is true, even in heterosexual homes, and family issues can lead to gender confusion. Complications, including sexual abuse or abandonment by one parent or the other, confuses the sexual development process. It certainly did with me.

I'm pretty clear on the fact that neither of my parents had any homosexual tendencies at all. My father died young; my mother would set me straight in a heartbeat if I insinuated such about her. She has a great heart of forgiveness and a clear understanding of the need to love and support, but she believes as I do that God does not create his children as homosexuals and then sit back and watch them muddle through life bearing a pre-determined sin. Sin is painted on with the brush of the fallen world and painted over by the brush of the Risen Lord. God creates the canvass and we are pure and clean when we start our journeys.

I don't blame gays for claiming genetics as a cause. It sounds better than "the devil made me do it." It is easier to accept something about yourself if you believe it was pre-conditioned and you had no choice. But, temptations are not genetic. Decision making is not genetic. The Bible clearly says we'll be tempted, though not beyond what we are able to resist in Christ. The Bible also says homosexuality is a sin. If we are tempted to sin, we have to reach out for the power of the Holy Spirit to resist.

But, what if Mommy and Daddy taught us from the crib that homosexuality is not only normal, but perhaps preferable? The teaching and role-modeling, not the genetics, will predispose a greater number of children to "become gay." Studies have shown that children raised by parents that drink, or smoke, or abuse their spouse, often grow up drinking, smoking and abusing. Parents are still the greatest influence.

Sadly, though many "gay" people have found ways to adjust to their lifestyles and report a level of happiness . . . most of them bear the scars of the struggle from years of resistance and a refusal to accept themselves. Many still feel the stings of condemnation and the words of rejection resonate in their minds. These memories motivate them to "help" their children accept themselves earlier and avoid the confusing and hurtful period of denial. They want their children to feel loved.

I had a friend in junior high whose father was the minister of our small church. So focused was the father on raising Godly sons that he named them John, Mark, Luke, Paul and Phillip. John was the oldest and later changed his name to Jon, not so much out of rebellion as in a search for independence. Following high school, Jon went off to Bible College as his dad had always hoped he would, though there were issues in his life with which he had not dealt and which he believed made him unfit for the ministry at that time. It was not his calling and he surprised his parents by leaving school mid-semester and joining the Navy. His father's heart was broken and a great chasm developed between the two that would not heal.

Jon, home on one of his his first leaves from the Navy, drove his car into a concrete pillar under a bridge on the Interstate. No skid marks, no evidence of alcohol. No declaration of suicide; just an accident. If I recall correctly, he was not yet 20.

Why is this story relevant? Because Jon's heart was crying out for someone -- and especially the one who had named him -- to listen and help him navigate through the traps and snares of life. But the parent was telling Jon what he believed God wanted for Jon. Jon needed someone to hear him first -- hear his heart -- instead of someone saying "now you hear me."

Christians, and especially Christians who have struggled with same-sex attraction and survived, have a responsibility to be the listeners so those who struggle can unload their confusion and uncertainty. We need to be ready to show them God's love and God's direction . . . and we need to walk with them through the ups-and-downs. We need to demonstrate the fruits of patience and kindness. And we need to be learn better now how to do all of these things because the "mission field," is growing.

Times are changing.

Those perhaps 10 "gay" persons in my high school class may or may not have come to terms with their sexual issues. If we, as Christians, do not present the truth and learn to do so in love, the 105 in the class of 2021 won't stand a chance of finding freedom from their sexual brokenness. Do we counter the love of their misguided parents with condemnation and rejection . . . or do we prove the Word's claim that they will know we are Christians by our love? Let's not widen the chasm.

Think about it. If you don't struggle with sexual brokenness, it may very well be that as you grew you encountered only the right kind of love at just the right times. That itself is a testament to the overwhelming power of love as a mighty instrument in the hands of a Christian determined to do God's will.

We can do that. We can love. Love the person, regardless of the sin. Don't "hate the sin" so hard that the person feels your hatred. Love the person. Give him a reason to learn to hate his own sin.
